• Assist students throughout their learning journey, responding to their queries and ensuring they receive proper guidance and support.

• Maintain regular communication with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person to provide updates, reminders, and class information.

• Handle class coordination tasks, including student attendance, batch scheduling, class updates, and follow-ups.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students—sharing class details, platform access, guidelines, and required learning resources.

• Track student progress and report their performance or issues to the concerned department trainers.

• Collect student feedback regularly and share insights to help improve class quality and overall service.

• Support trainers and faculty members by preparing class materials, coordinating sessions, and ensuring all resources are available on time.

• Maintain accurate data records of students, batches, course progress, and communication logs.

• Assist in resolving student complaints by identifying issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

• Actively participate in administrative tasks such as documentation, report preparation, and database updates.

• Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude to create a positive experience for every student.
