Experience in design/construction of High Rise Building, Bridges/Hydraulic structure like Jetty/Terminal building structure.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Structural Engineer for the project. 

Job Responsibilities:       

1. Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, designers, and contractors to define project scopes, objectives, and technical requirements.·       
2. Conduct thorough site assessments to understand hydraulic conditions, sediment transport, navigational requirements, and potential environmental impacts.
3. Develop comprehensive construction plans, methodologies, and sequencing strategies that consider tidal variations, wave forces, and sediment management.
4. Design, review and/or approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards.
5. Design /construction of bridges/hydraulic structures like jetty/terminal building structures.
6. Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
7. Generating regular progress reports and documentation for the assigned project and other stakeholders as required.
8. Oversee the execution of marine construction projects, including coordination of equipment, materials, workforce, and safety protocols.
9. Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
10. Address unexpected challenges during construction, applying creative problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
11. Collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement measures for minimizing ecological impacts.
12. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community members to provide project updates and address concerns.
13. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to marine construction.
