Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design long-term business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Identify key growth opportunities and challenges within the industry or market
∎ Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
∎ Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across departments.
∎ Track the implementation and effectiveness of strategic plans.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
∎ Perform SWOT analysis to evaluate internal and external factors.
∎ Analyze financial data and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and track the success of strategies.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
∎ Collaborate with executive leadership and other departments to align strategies.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential risks to business goals.
∎ Work with finance and operations teams to allocate resources effectively.
∎ Ensure the necessary resources are available for strategic initiatives.
∎ Promote continuous improvement and refine business processes.
∎ Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the organization.
∎ Track project milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
∎ Regularly review and update strategic plans to reflect changing market conditions.

∎ Type: 6 Days ( 9 am to 6 pm).
