Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this role is to conduct strategic Operational Analysis under the direct supervision of Head of Operations with the following strategic deliverables (not limited to): Minimization of operational risk, Ensuring operational efficiency, Cost reduction, Productivity enhancement & Profitability boost up.
∎ Designation: JO-JAVP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CORE OBJECTIVE: a. Conduct transaction trend/ customer behavior analysis through data mining with the objectives of: i) Cost reduction and/ or ii) Efficiency enhancement and/ or iii) Productivity enhancement and/ or iv) Profitability boost up b. Optimization of existing process and conduct reengineering initiatives with the goal for-i) Intense compliance and/ or ii) Digitalized processes and/ or iii) Operational efficiency
∎ BACK-UP OF OTHER DESKS: Act as a backup of other wings of the Unit/ MOD. Conduct operational review of branches as and when instructed by management.
∎ Prepare Presentation
∎ Any ad hoc responsibility assigned by the management
∎ Proper record keeping& filing (both physically and electronically)
∎ Personal Development: i) To stay updated of the banking industry and obtain necessary training/certifications in this regard ii) Undertake new challenges

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced with data analysis role is preferred.
∎ Excellency in MS Office suite(especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
