The “Strategic Manager, Rice Value Chain” will be responsible for driving the national & global expansion strategy of ACI Limited's rice value chain. This position involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance the global footprint of ACI rice and strengthen national distribution channels. The core responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the national and international growth of the rice value chain development.
- Identify new markets and explore opportunities for expansion across national and international markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the overall rice business to tailor expansion strategies based on regional demands and trends.
- Build relationships with national & global partners, distributors, and retailers to promote the brand and ensure a steady supply.
- Work closely with the sales team to create strategies for increasing bulk rice sales across key channels.
- Support pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies to ensure competitiveness in the national & global markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure alignment in executing the rice business strategy.
- Provide feedback and insights from national & global markets to inform product development and branding initiatives.
- Measure the success of national & global expansion and sales initiatives, adjust strategies to meet objectives, and assist with other tasks as assigned.
