Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of yarn, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
Ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production teams to deliver materials on time.
Track consumption of yarn and accessories against production targets.
Minimize wastage and reconcile discrepancies between issued and used materials.
Maintain documentation for audits and buyer inspections.
Use ERP/WMS systems for digital inventory tracking.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
Train and supervise store staff.
Liaise with procurement, merchandising, and production departments.
Ensure smooth communication across supply chain functions.
