Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

• Master of Arts (MA)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

1. Must have Fire safety Manager 06 month course from FSCD.

2. Must have at least 03 years work experiance.

3. Must have knowledge on RSC Audit .

4. Must have knowledge Fire safety checklist & BNBC, NFPA

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

1. Identify fire hazards (e.g., electrical faults, fabric storage, chemical use).

2. Conduct regular safety inspections of floors, warehouses, and production lines.

3. Ensure proper storage of flammable materials.

4. Maintain fire protection systems:

   • Fire extinguishers

   • Fire alarms

   • Sprinkler systems

   • Hydrants

5. Ensure all equipment is functional and regularly serviced.

6. Develop and update fire emergency plans and evacuation procedures.

7. Organize regular fire drills for workers.

8. Train employees on:

   • Fire safety awareness

   • Use of extinguishers

     9.Emergency exitsEnsure compliance with local fire safety laws and standards (e.g., Bangladesh Fire Service regulations, factory compliance audits like BSCI, WRAP, Accord/Alliance).

   • Maintain records of:

     • Fire drills

     • Equipment inspections

     • Incident reports

       10.Act as the first responder during fire emergencies.

     • Coordinate evacuation and rescue operations.

     • Liaise with external fire services.Work with management, HR, and compliance teams.

     • Conduct training sessions for workers and fire safety teams.

     • Supervise fire wardens or emergency response teams.Presence of combustible materials (cotton, fabric, cartons).

     • High-density workforce and machinery.

     • Electrical and boiler-related risks.Factories must meet strict international buyer requirements.

     • Fire safety is a major part of audits and certifications.Production runs continuously, so safety checks must not disrupt workflow.

     • Fire Officer must balance safety with operational efficiency.
