Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Fruit Sales, Good at MS Office speciallay in Excel, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, Food (Packaged), Super store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the overall operation of the shop to ensure that assigned shop productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.
∎ Minimizes losses implementing, monitoring and tracking all procedures of loss prevention.
∎ Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values, collection proposition and product features.
∎ Control budgetary expenses.
∎ Develop events/incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market.
∎ Achieving store Sales Targets and maximizing profitability through the effective management of store team and implementation of company commercial operations, policies and procedures
∎ Ensuring the highest level of customer service with quality.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of profit and loss, with a clear understanding of the business.
∎ Taking a proactive approach to the business trends and needs
∎ Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in Bangla & English
∎ Able to generate analytical reports in computer.
