  • Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and accessories inventory management.

  • Experience with ERP or inventory software systems.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all activities of the fabric, trims, and finished goods store.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storing, and issuing of materials following company policy and system.
  • Maintain accurate stock records (both physical and system-based).
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage or mix-up.
  • Maintain updated inventory records and reconcile them with ERP or manual stock registers.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, and production departments for timely supply of materials.
  • Check fabric roll numbers, lot, shade, and quantity against delivery challan before receiving.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and report any shortage or overstock to management.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure proper material utilization.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance as per buyer and factory standards.
  • Supervise store staff and provide necessary training for proper documentation and handling.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and records.
