• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the sample section of woven garments.

• Strong technical knowledge of pattern, fit, construction, and garment finishing.

• Ability to interpret buyer tech packs, measurement charts, and comments.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with merchandising and production teams.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with pattern software .

• Plan, organize, and supervise all sample room activities including pattern making, cutting, sewing, and finishing.

• Able to operate Winda CAD software

• Ensure timely development and submission of samples (fit, size set, pre-production, shipment samples, etc.).

• Monitor sample quality to ensure accuracy in measurement, construction, and appearance as per buyer standard.

• Control sample room workflow and allocate manpower efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Ensure proper utilization of fabrics, trims, and accessories for sample production.

• Work closely with pattern masters and sewing operators to achieve sample accuracy and quality.

• Provide technical guidance to the sample team for pattern correction, fit improvement, and production feasibility.

• Maintain sample records and ensure all approvals are documented properly.

• Support production teams by sharing technical information and construction details of approved samples.
