Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Daily incoming & outgoing items posting or record in software,
Purchase Register Book & Delivery Register to be maintain with FIFO or LIFO Mothed .
Checking Excel Sheet of entry and exit items in daily basis.
Daily Monitoring the BIN Card & Physical Stocks of items.
Frequent inspect the software/Excel Sheet stock & physical stock.
Keeping eyes on the delivery responsible employee so that delivery could be smooth & quick.
Silting with concerned teams Head or manager for their requirements grievance`s & suggestions for item quantity, quality etc.
Always taking strong care so that incoming items quality could be ensured.
Supervise all documents filing in the proper way.
Supervise the proper preservation of each material.
Taking right action of the disposal of long time scrap materials.
Attending with the audit team during the time of auditing.
Checking incoming materials quality against invoices, purchase order & packing slips.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to proper management.
Giving advance report for frequent & sensitive materials requirement.
Always coordinate & communicate with accounts, Finance & cash management team for the smooth transactions.
Attending daily, weekly & Monthly meeting according to management instructions.
