Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented -EPZ based woven (Denims) garments invites Store Executive
∎ Job Location: Uttara export processing zone (UEPZ), Nilphamari.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain general discipline of the store.
∎ Fabrics received and proper inventory.
∎ Fabrics received & Issue, make Balance report.
∎ Needle received - issue and make monthly report.
∎ Accessories inventory and make report.
∎ Make monthly ledger purchase requisition and local purchase.
∎ Responsible to arrange the main store.
∎ Responsible for shipment.
∎ maintaining the proper storage of yarn, dyes & chemical, spare parts, stationary and other materials.
∎ prepare all stock report for stock control.
∎ ensures that delivery, transportation, handling and storage of all materials are properly managed.
∎ maintains information on uses, storages and inventory of all production materials.
∎ manages warehouse layout optimization, facilitating material and waste flow.
∎ to act as the Co-Ordinator among the different
∎ Departments for ensuring continual production.
∎ supporting the environmental management representative in providing resources adequate to achieve environmental objectives and proper implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system.
∎ accountable for all the stock of production balance sheet to manager (production).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
∎ Must have good command verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
