Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and issue raw and packing materials for production and issue finished goods for delivery.
∎ Maintain all receivable and issue document properly, stock materials according to prescribed inventory system.
∎ Maintain GRM, SIR and MRI properly.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure proper delivery and ensure maintain stock level daily/weekly.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored properly and space is used efficiently.
∎ Monitor and maintain materials ledger as well register book and properly maintain FIFO of issuing materials.
∎ Co-ordinate with equality department for ensuring good product and have to follow suggestions of QC ream.
∎ Maintaining SOP in raw materials, packing materials and spare parts receiving and issuing for smooth operation and also maintain ISO 9001:2015 related documents.
∎ Maintain Spare parts minimum level stocks.
∎ Ensuring proper usage of pass away, forklift, hand trolley, pallet for smooth and efficient movement of the goods in the warehouse.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the store warehouse.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 05 years of working experience preferably in a group of company or FMCG industry.
∎ Should have good communication skills, hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be smart in situation handling.
