Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of all the woman friendly space
∎ Conduct community consultations to design center operations
∎ Supervise staff members and builds capacity
∎ Reach out to other services in zone, both BRAC and non-BRAC to ensure smooth referral pathways
∎ Participate in camp committee meetings
∎ Ensure necessary reports related to WFS
∎ Keep record of center activities and client paritcaipations.
∎ Provide logistics and other support on a regular basis
∎ Perform the distribution work and requisition from WFS
∎ Report to Technical Specialist on WFS activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good knowledge in Gender Base Violence and Protection.
∎ Expert in team management.
∎ Have good knowledge in planning and implementation.
∎ Ability to handle a large team.
∎ Have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Have strong leadership skills.
