Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Motors Limited is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to ensure effective after-sales service operations and spare parts support for Commercial Vehicles across the assigned area/territory.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Visit customers to provide timely maintenance and repair services.

2. Ensure proper service delivery by the service team within the assigned territory/region.

3. Ensure spare parts availability and achieve sales targets at the territory/region level.

4. Effectively manage service and spare parts dealers within the assigned territory.

5. Conduct regular market and customer visits, and address customer complaints to ensure improved service delivery.

6. Train, develop, and supervise field service technicians and other relevant personnel.

7. Prepare and submit reports and bills on time as required.

8. Conduct technical failure analysis and prepare reports for warranty submission.

9. Perform refurbishment and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) as and when required.

10. Ensure proper installation and commissioning of new vehicles.
