Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets in assigned modern trade outlets like Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar, etc.
Visit stores regularly to ensure products are well displayed and always in stock.
Demarcated OL Visit daily as per the itinerary.
Merchandise at OL
Maintain FIFO & LIFO
Build good relationships with store managers and staff.
Follow up with distributors to make sure products are delivered on time.
Help organize in-store promotions and campaigns.
Monitor competitors’ activities in stores and share updates with the team.
Make sure the hygiene of stocks
Check unavailable stocks.
Ensure Business wise Demand vs PO
Goods Receipt Note Collection
Monitor company provided POSM
