∎ Ensure proper use of automation for daily activity update
∎ Tgt vs Achievement; OL wise; Business wise
∎ Demarcated OL Visit daily as per Itinerary
∎ Merchandise at OL
∎ Maintain FIFO LIFO
∎ Back store check
∎ Stock refill at shelves as required
∎ Make sure hygiene of stocks
∎ Check unavailable stocks
∎ Ensure Business wise Demand vs PO
∎ Goods Receipt Note Collection
∎ Mandatory ensure update about short dated products with Supervisor
∎ Ensure update of competition activity in particular OL
∎ Monitor company provided POSM
∎ Build up rapport with category & OL stuffsAssist in delivery if required
