∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidates having experience in the garments Knitwear and Lingerie industry will get preference.Strong knowledge of production garment construction and manufacturing techniques.Carry out method study in cutting, sewing and finishing whenever required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, Auto CAD, use of the internet is a must.Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analysis of development styles and standardized CM for Marketing.
∎ Standardize every step of work in the manufacturing processes to achieve Buyer requirements & Production friendly.
∎ Study/analyze the system gap and lead events to continuous improvement.
∎ Assist the production team in critical areas with proper working methods and carry out evaluations to help perform the line to its fullest capacity.
∎ Find out the scope of opportunity for improvement by using lean tools & techniques.
∎ Provide support and guidance to the Factory mechanic team to ensure proper machine assembly and functionality.
∎ Prepare the projects to resolve operational problems to minimize delays of unexpected cost increases and Lifting Efficiency.
∎ Identify wastage and eliminate it regularly.
∎ Assess factory facilities and resources to ensure machine allocation to reduce factory costs.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
