Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location will be New Eskaton, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To effectively work yourself to increase the work productivity & efficiency of the assigned job
∎ with all sincerity responsibilities & accountability through TPM Circle Activities
∎ o adhere strictly to the discipline of being punctual daily attendance in maintaining office discipline rules And regulations of the company accordingly
∎ To monitor the schedule maintenance of all sites as per calendar and monthly evaluation
∎ To monitor & analyze breakdown maintenance of any machine of all sites
∎ To justify the requisition of spare parts equipment tools raised from all sites
∎ To maintain & evaluate projects works and development work based on planned maintenance
∎ Design development and monitor of new products as per market demand
∎ Any other works as & when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must know Advance Excel-like expert in a pivot table, PPT
∎ Leadership Capability.& excellent communication skills
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable for the job
∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Possessing a positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
