∎ Age at most 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist GM, Media and Communications for media management activities (ATL & BTL Media)
∎ Prepare annual media calendar for TV, Print, OOH etc.
∎ Ensure proper billing and ensure efficient vendor management
∎ Coordinate with agency and ensure timely and proper execution of the plan as per calendar & Spots monitoring with billing process of media buying
∎ Monitor various ATL & BTL media investments of whole Consumer Brands.
∎ Ensure internal and external communication related tasks.
∎ Coordinate event and activation programs based on business requirements.
∎ Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business and report notable threats to GM, Media and Communications.
∎ Ensure proper reporting as per management need.
∎ Frequently visit outdoor sites to ensure proper display of advertisements.
∎ Ensure ROI of all media investments.
∎ Complete any other job assigned by GM, Media, and Communications.
