Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting the budgeted sales targets for the assigned country/distributors.
∎ To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
∎ Developing and expanding network in major regional markets.
∎ Establish and maintain good personal rapport with assigned distributor(s).
∎ Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
∎ Interact closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure the right product mix is available for delivery.
∎ Implement policies/ plans of the company to achieve business plans.
∎ Gather market intelligence on competitor activity.
∎ Capture end-user requirements and prioritize product mix for sales and marketing activities.
∎ Drive dealer and end-user loyalty.
∎ Support various survey and data generation activity for business planning.
