Responsibilities & Context:
The position of "Sr. TSO/Manager, Technical Service" (Poultry/Cattle) will play an important role in handling the technical services of our customers (dealers and farmers).
Visit poultry/cattle farms & dealers.
Organize clinical meetings and seminars for promoting agrotech products.
Collect data and prepare a report on FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), Feed intake, body weight, production percentage, and mortality, among other relevant factors.
Educate field forces on poultry/cattle products, farming techniques, and diseases, as well as selling and promoting skills.
Provide advisory support to clients for developing and managing new and existing farms.
