Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ETE/ or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer requirements, collecting information from customer and provide technical solution and support.
∎ Deal directly with client over telephone or face to face at client premises if needed.
∎ Good communication skills - verbal and written in English.
∎ Keep interdepartmental communication to sync sales, operation and technical team.
∎ Follow up new customer commissioning issues from start to end process.
∎ Virtualization with VMware vSphere ESXi 6.5 & 6.7 (install, configure, manage and troubleshoot).
∎ Manage Hosting and Mail service using Plesk hosting control panel.
∎ Familiar with Zimbra & Postfix/Exim mail server.
∎ Familiar with Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
∎ Candidates must have professional trainings on CCNA, VMware, Red Hat and MikroTik.
∎ Professional certifications on relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn new things and able to deliver the best as possible.
∎ Must have intention to work at NOC and also at client premises as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 year in any ISP or IT enabled organization.
∎ Those who are interested to grow his career on ISP industry and wants to learn, are encouraged to apply for this position.
∎ Ability to adapt and work independently or with a team in a highly dynamic environment.
∎ Knowledge and support of Group Policy. Strong trouble-shooting skills
