Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Australia student visa processing is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in English (speaking and listening)
- Strong knowledge of other study destinations (UK, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, USA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and student recruitment is a plus.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Student Counsellor to lead counseling activities, manage student applications, and support the setup of local operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international education services company and contribute to shaping our Bangladesh office.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Australia & New Zealand student visa processing, as well as knowledge of other popular study destinations such as the UK, Canada, Malaysia, and the USA. The ideal candidate will independently manage counseling, applications, documentation, and visa guidance, while also supporting the onboarding and training of junior team members as the office expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counseling for students applying to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and other destinations.
- Manage student applications, documentation, SOP/GTE guidance, and basic visa processes.
- Ensure high-quality service standards for all students.
- Support local marketing initiatives, educational events, and institutional coordination.
- Assist in developing workflows and operational processes for the new office.
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with institutions, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with education agents and partner organizations.
- Execute lead generation through online and offline channels, including field visits and promotional events.
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Boomerang International professionally in all interactions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
