• Age At most 32 years

• Minimum 3 years + of experience in student consultancy, admissions counselling, or international education services.
• Familiarity with university application systems such as UCAS (UK), Common App (USA), and Studielink (Netherlands) is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of university admission processes and visa regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online application portals.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Student Consultant who will assist students in selecting the best international education opportunities, ensuring they receive comprehensive support throughout the application process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of university admissions, visa regulations, and scholarship options for Schengen countries and countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7 PM 

Weekend: Weekly 1 Day

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting universities and courses based on their background, finances, and career goals.

• Provide information on admission requirements, tuition fees, and living expenses.

• Offer personalised counselling for students and parents.

• Assist in preparing and submitting university applications.

• Review personal statements, recommendation letters, and CVs to improve chances of acceptance.

• Track application progress by maintaining communication with universities.

• Provide guidance on student visa applications and compliance with regulations.

• Assist with visa documentation, interview prep, and financial planning.

• Stay updated on immigration policies and advise students accordingly.

• Inform students about scholarships, eligibility, and financial aid options.

• Assist with scholarship applications and financial documents.

• Guide on part-time work and cost-effective study options.

• Build relationships with global universities and educational institutions.

• Attend fairs, seminars, and events to promote services.

• Develop partnerships with language centres, financial institutions, and accommodation providers.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media, webinars, and content creation.

• Handle inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups.

• Convert leads into enrollments by building trust with prospective students.
