∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw material GRN & STO making in SAP
∎ Daily Stock count & reconciliation SAP vs Physical
∎ Update lot cards, and stock registers on a regular basis
∎ Maintain SOP and standard storing norms and ensure all RMs are in a safe store
∎ Coordinate with QC department for allotment RM lots for production and ensure FIFO method
∎ Follow up on good housekeeping and aeration on a daily basis
∎ Monthly ending physical stock count with the internal auditor and calculate final process loss
∎ Coordinating with the commercial department for upcoming RM

Additional Requirements:
∎ Coordination and liaison with other departments e.g. QC, and commercial.
∎ Hardworking and energetic, Flexible and adaptive to work under pressure, SAP exposure. Basic knowledge of RM store Operation & Computer knowledge.
∎ Experience in RM Store Management
