Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop high-quality software design and architecture
∎ Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
∎ Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
∎ Review and debug code
∎ Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
∎ Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
∎ Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling
∎ Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
∎ Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes
∎ Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in developing web application using PHP Laravel and MySQL
∎ In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
∎ At least 3 years of experience in ReactJS, Webpack, Redux
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs
∎ Excellent knowledge about databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, etc.
∎ Superb communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and time management skills
∎ Sound knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc.)
∎ Ability to be an analytical and creative thinker
∎ Strong technical and business communication skill.
