Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in market share and revenue.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s paint products, including features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Area Sales Manager.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards.
