Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s paint products, including features, benefits, and applications.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Area Sales Manager.
Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards.
