Job Responsibilities:
∎ To focus on selling the product/Services to potential customers and providing technical solutions to meet the customer needs.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team's monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Organize sales action plans for individual salespeople oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
∎ Lead, monitored, controlled, and motivated team members to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
∎ Maintain effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures the company's interest.
∎ Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
∎ Prepare sales reports per the department's guidelines and maintain inventory control.
∎ Ensure that sales lead/prospects' information is maintained accurately in the prospects' database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Computer skills, Communication, Corporate Sales and Marketing.
∎ Previous experience in Assure or bti the candidate will be preferred.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle, and industry.
∎ Experience in a reputed real-estate company especially township projects.
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation, and team leadership skills and be proactive.
