Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineering RAC/ Mechanical/ EEE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish sales target & develop new spectrum of market.
∎ Data collection of new prospects and follow up through the demand of them.
∎ Display and deliver product competency analysis.
∎ Promoting a line of products to the customers.
∎ Prepare & implement action plans in collaboration with the branch head.
∎ Handle credit sales & realization.
∎ Optimize Customer-service standards & develop efficient service system in the region.
∎ Product demonstration in the field.
∎ Train the customers on operating the machine.
∎ Arrange & conduct various meetings and promotional activities on new product with the local customers and develop product awareness.
∎ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in order to attract the potential customers.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks & other offices if required
∎ Accomplish the sales and organizational mission.
∎ Other tasks as per requirement of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Dealing with dealers & Wholesaler
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Electronics sector will be given preference.
∎ Should be honest & reliable, smart, sincere and dedicated towards work.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
