Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain store and inventory in a systematic way with Day to day inventory maintaining
∎ Receive and Issue records of all Goods as per procedure.
∎ Storing All Goods, spare parts and other equipment properly.
∎ Preparing various store stock position and bring our forecasting report regarding procurement
∎ Maintaining all inventory ledgers like Material Receiving, Material Issuing & Spare Parts
∎ Ensure daily/ weekly stock report
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a time basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.
∎ Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
∎ To follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and Software on time.
∎ Any other assignment is given by top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Store, Store keeper
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): (Electrical & Engineering)
∎ Sound Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management, Cash Management, VAT, Customs Duty etc.
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial knowledge;
∎ Sufficient knowledge for independently maintaining store;
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel ) Accounts related Software's;

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
