∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reputed Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, spinning operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after the total production process as shift in charge.
∎ Responsible for the production, quality and overall management of the shift including proper mixing of the blowroom and packing of finished goods.
∎ Ensuring support to production manager in meeting the production targets with optimum efficiencies.
∎ Ensuring smooth and efficient running of all process.
∎ Planning and managing manpower effectively.
∎ Ensuring all quality related parameters are met during production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound experience to handle of latest Production equipments and machines of 100% export oriented yarn manufacturing company
∎ Have good communication in English & Bangla and negotiation skill
∎ Have excellent knowledge in computer applications
∎ Have leadership quality and will lead the production team.
