Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
1 to 2 year experienced in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate newly introduced R&D breed or foreign crop varieties to its end users at different geographical location of the country.
∎ Characterize R & D breed and foreign crop varieties with existing market leading crop varieties.
∎ Conduct suitable performance trail of newly introduced crop varieties for demonstrating its features to the distributors, retailers and end users.
∎ Conduct frequent field day at different areas of the country for popularize products features.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with Field Force Personnel for identifying suitable farmers in suitable areas for conducting performance trail.
∎ Implement promotional planning in a regular basis.
∎ Arrange farmers meeting for displaying products features, advantage and benefits.
∎ Identify suitable cross variety over market leading variety for future business growth.
∎ Collect location specific leading varietal performance and farmers preferences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Excellent technical knowledge
∎ Very good communication skill
