Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customer site and collect technical requirement, existing network information's and prepare appropriate solution based on the requirement and current scenario.
∎ Present and explain various IPT, Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies to customers. Guide them through requirements gathering, formulate a solution consisting of hardware, software, licensing and engineering services, create the bill of materials, statements of work and possible Visio diagrams.
∎ Tender/RFP/RFQ analysis and prepare IP Telephony and UC/VC solution and technical documentation based on the Tender/RFP/RFQ demand.
∎ Prepare Tender/RFP/RFQ specification and technical documents for the networking, IP Telephony & Unified Collaboration System.
∎ Prepare BOM/BOQ of IP Telephony & Unified Collaboration System.
∎ Implement, upgrade and troubleshoot complex Unified Communications solutions with industry-leading OEMs product. Provide both administrator and end-user training to clients as needed. Deliver final project documentation to clients.
∎ Requirement Analysis, IPT/UC Network Planning, Designing, complete Solution preparation & technical documentation.
∎ Create functional design specifications, reference architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with industry leading OEM, Partners & distributors for the proper solution and competitive price collection for locking the deal.
∎ Maintain OEM partnerships (partner portal credentials) for the securing best partner discount.
∎ Search and learn for new products and solution development.
∎ Keep updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Experience in designing, architecting, implementing, upgrading, and configuring complex IPT solutions with Unified Collaboration System, clusters and voice gateways.
∎ Experience in Unified Contact Center.
∎ Experience in designing and implementing video infrastructure components related to endpoints.
∎ SIP, H.323, and legacy voice protocol configuration experience is a must.
∎ Prior experience designing, architecting, and administering routers, switches, LAN/WAN, QoS, VLAN's, bandwidth modeling and VoIP infrastructures.
∎ Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills and client-facing skills.
∎ Ability to travel & work on client sites.
