• Minimum 5 years year experience in pattern making/ cutting for woven and knit.

• Minimum 5 years’ year experience in pattern making of Ladies Wear for woven.

• Knowledge of various types of woven fabrics.

• Goal orientation, communication & Collaboration, positive & proactive and planning & organizing.

• Appropriate knowledge and skill on garment jobs.

• Well knowledge of pattern making both manually and directly through the computer.

• Must have better knowledge of Computer all office file (such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photo editor Studio) Mail Communication and internet browsing.

• Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and understand PID, TP, and buyer comments accurately.

• Develop all types of patterns as per buyer requirements and technical specifications.

• Ensure proper fitting and balance of garments on the dress form/mannequin.

• Communicate effectively with the Buying Technical Department (TD) and Production Team for pattern and fitting-related matters.

• Identify and resolve all kinds of technical issues to ensure smooth production flow.

• Prepare call-outs and clarifications for any PID or production feasibility concerns.

• Operate Optitex pattern and marker software efficiently.

• Convert patterns from different software formats as required.

• Possess strong expertise in ladies’ wear pattern making, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Review buyer-provided files (TP, TF, PID, PDM) thoroughly before pattern development, and consult with the department head for any required clarification or comments.

• Maintain and control all technical documents and records on a daily basis.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors or management.

• Develop and implement effective plans and solutions for critical or urgent tasks within a short time frame.
