Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities & Context:
Correspond and liaise with international shippers to ensure most suitable imports of Capital Machinery, Spares and Raw Materials.
Identify and negotiate with global suppliers to acquire goods and services
Prepare and check commercial documents for Import shipping operations
Liaise with Bank, Shipping agent, C&F agent for the smooth execution of import shipments.
Coordinate with Shipping agents and C&F agents for smooth customs clearance.
Coordinate and follow up transport agent for timely delivery of imported goods.
Receive, check and process for import related bills settlement.
Keep track & maintain records of Import related documents, bills and costs.
Maintain a hard copy and soft copy register for commercial responsibilities.
Prepare necessary statement and reports to ensure proper tracking and visibility as per management's requirement.
