• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Age 35 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Property Development.

• Additional Requirements

• Must Have Sound Knowledge in TAX, VAT and legal terms etc.

• Practical experiences of case filing, Hearing Argument with other legal related issues.

• Practical experiences of Land related case.

• Have knowledge on relevant law, policy, rules, procedures and judicial system of Bangladesh.

• Must Have Very good Knowledge in M.S. word & M.S. Excel etc.

• Good Communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and Coordinate with Income tax lawyer and any other legal issues.

• Assist to prepare legal documents in coordination with other stakeholders.

• Follow-up legal work like Case, Legal Clearance etc.

• Communicate and Coordinate with internal team and external key stakeholders for legal work purposes.

• Maintain liaison with Court officials, Law enforcing agencies and other Govt. officials to provide appropriate legal services.

• Case Status update into the system.

• Any kind of legal issues related drafting.

• Weekly and monthly report about legal teamwork and progress.
