Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge in verifying ownership of freehold property within Dhaka city and outside Dhaka.
Ability to conduct and prepare chain of ownership for both freehold land and leasehold land.
Capability to prepare sale deed agreements power of Attorney, vet legal documents, and ensure legal compliance.
Competency in conducting land verification from:
Tahsil Office
AC Land Office
Registry Office
DC Office
Strong knowledge regarding CS, SA, RS, BS land records, Muslim faraeazy Calculation.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in land procurement.
