Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Any science subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Trouble Shooting
Job Context:
∎ Network: Clear concept on Client /Server base network environment.
∎ Hardware: Able to troubleshoot any hardware problem relating PC, Laptop, UPS and printer.
∎ Operating System: Smooth operating knowledge on Windows and Linux
∎ Software: Good knowledge about Microsoft Office and Application Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
∎ Install, configure & maintain and troubleshoot computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, Printer, Scanner and other IT appliances.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot smooth operation of Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure all users to use and share available network resources.
∎ Networking device Monitoring, Maintenance, Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Communicate with ISP vendor for problem related to Head office and all Branches Data connectivity & internet connection.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot POP3 based email account to end user level.
∎ Supervise and maintain up to date stock information of toner and take prompt action for delivery as per requirement of head office, Local office and All branches.
∎ Visit branches to install or resolve problem related to computer hardware, network, software and VPN related issues.
∎ Supervise and monitor all kind of printer and UPS related repair work of head office & all branches.
∎ Provide remote support and service to branches outside of Dhaka to resolve their IT related problem, using remote access software or telephone.
∎ Take all servers backup (in HDD) time to time and keep eyes on server's date and time
∎ Configure and manage access control device to head office & local office.
∎ Take roster backup of corporate "CIIS" software based data from data base server
∎ Maintain inventory for all IT procurement related information.
∎ Support and assist System Administrator to secure and provide smooth operation of corporate IT infrastructure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years working experience in Hardware Department of any reputed organization.
