∎ Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
∎ Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain product quality and production schedules.
∎ Monitor factory production processes to ensure efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and timely order fulfillment.
∎ Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production and merchandising strategies with market demand.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory and production plans accordingly.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
