Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in executing recruitment processes, including job postings, CV shortlisting, and interview coordination.
∎ Communicate with department heads to gather hiring needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
∎ Ensure compliance with JAAGO’s recruitment policies and guidelines while maintaining recruitment records.
∎ Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they understand JAAGO’s mission, policies, and work culture.
∎ Assist in the completion of necessary documentation and contract preparation for new hires.
∎ Provide administrative support in employee engagement initiatives and staff retention efforts.
∎ Independently manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursement, tax deductions, and benefits administration.
∎ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
∎ Support in managing employee benefits, provident funds, and gratuity schemes as per policy guidelines.
∎ Maintain HR data and processes within Zoho HR software, including employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and file management of employee records in compliance with organizational policies.
∎ Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
∎ Recruitment & Selection Support:
