∎ A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation; experience of working any INGO will be a plus.
∎ Demonstrated experience and expertise in effectively managing the HR performance review process, providing strategic guidance to HR staff, and fostering collaboration with other departments.
∎ Hands on professional experience in designing, organizing, and delivering staff capacity building and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Sound understanding in organizational culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee relations.
∎ Proficiency in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA);
∎ Ability to identify and select appropriate training resources;
∎ Sound understanding of safeguarding issues (knowledge of policies and practices related to the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, fraud, anti-harassment, whistleblower protection, child safeguarding, etc.) would be a plus;
