Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ IT training from IDB is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive proper HR systems and processes.
∎ Supporting change management process.
∎ Administering employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs.
∎ Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes within the lead time
∎ Ensure KPIs are set as per SMART principle
∎ Coordinate Mid-year and Annual Performance Appraisal Process as per procedure within the deadline.
∎ Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
∎ Collaborating with other managers in the business to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
∎ Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organizations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at maximum 35 years
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Proven expertise in HRIS / ERP implementation
∎ Knowledge of in Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Strong planning, analytical and presentation skill

Salary: Negotiable
