Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Management system.
∎ Achieve individual sales target.
∎ Visit Regularly to designated market, stablish sales network, find out potential customer, confirm order & archive target.
∎ Provide technical (engineering) solution to corporate customer, prepare BOQ & Design, and attend periodical services.
∎ Maintain corporate affiliation with corporate customer by scheduled visit, reviewing cost & sales performance.
∎ Prepare schedule for product distribution vehicle after confirming daily sales order, adjust monthly commissions.
∎ Provide support getting exclusive license & other, maintain coordination between government regularity bodies, customer through POGL channel.
∎ Identify, prepare plan & establish new auto gas stations, regularity visit potential market places to reach new customer.
∎ Organizes technical visit to site, and prepare projects commercial proposal & equation, submit through proper channel.
∎ Follow-up the submitted proposals regularly, communicate & convince customer and achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly target.
∎ Monitor projects installation, erection & commissioning and provide engineering pre-sales & Post-sales support & services.
∎ Provide support getting explosive license & others, maintain coordination between government regularity bodies, customer through POGL channel.
∎ To collect and maintain LPG industry market information and send it to immediate seniors in every month.
∎ Provide all types of daily and monthly reports to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of sales documents and look after the problem arisen.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
