Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any recognized institutes with MBA in Project Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning, Project Management, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other related topographical and geological data.
∎ Prepare effective plan, implementing & monitoring of project activities. Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction.
∎ To arrange and attend meeting with contractors & site personnel identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to the authority. Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Structural modeling, analysis and design of steel, Composite and RCC structure with STAAD Pro, ETABS etc software's.
∎ Estimating BOQ and BOM Preparation, drawing checking.
∎ Must be capable and competent excellent result and conception to design RCC building structure independently.
∎ Capable of assessing the strength of a constructed as per design.
∎ Capable of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of site work for completion of any work as per schedule.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Co-ordinate and solve design related problems by consulting with design team.
∎ Maintain Construction data such as time, Progress, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results to establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
∎ Always keep update knowledge about the latest building/interior materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Real Estate, LPG-Gas Factory Industry and Specially experience in RCC Structure design.
∎ Candidates must have very good knowledge on Civil drawings & designs, Auto Cad, Construction Process quantity survey and cost analysis etc.
∎ Candidate must have clear knowledge on Building Construction Act.
∎ Can manage and supervise labor & Suppliers
∎ Independently problem solving ability.
∎ Hard working, self-driven and able to perform under pressure
∎ Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
∎ Computer literacy is must specially on MS Office Package.
