Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate applications for new licenses and renewals of existing licenses.
∎ Handle submissions for tenders and coordinate product research, trials, and sample testing with relevant government bodies.
∎ Coordinate and compile the demonstration plan with different territories annually, observe physically the effectiveness of Kazi organic fertilizer on various demo crops at different stages in farmers fields, and send the monthly progress or results report of the demonstration to the management.
∎ Collaborate with sales officers and plant in charge to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
∎ Maintain a well-organized schedule and track the movement of goods to meet sales targets.
∎ Contact and engage with various tea garden offices in Dhaka to promote and sell fertilizer and seed products.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
∎ Prepare detailed sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and forecasting.
∎ Present findings and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Coordinate with sales officers and plant incharge for timely delivery of goods.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and logistical aspects of the fertilizer and seed business. This includes liaising with government organizations, coordinating demonstration plans, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining relationships with corporate buyers and tea garden offices. The role also encompasses sales planning and reporting to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies.
