∎ B.Sc in Agriculture from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales & services of organic fertilizer in the designated area
∎ Establish an appropriate plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
∎ Manage and develop dealers of a specific area/district and take full responsibility of payments recovery
∎ Arrange farmers' meetings and demonstration plots to promote sales of organic fertilizer
∎ Analyze market competition and prepare sales report as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years in selling seeds/compost/fertilizer/pesticides/agricultural chemicals
∎ have good relation with government agriculture offices (e.g DAE/BARI/SRDI etc will get
∎ preference)
∎ have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel
∎ have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
