Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture (Animal Science / Fisheries) from a reputed university.
Postgraduate degree or specialized training in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Candidates currently working in a marketing department of a reputed feed company will be given preference.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Sound knowledge of rural market dynamics and dealer management.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Quality Feeds Limited (QFL) is one of the leading and most trusted feed manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, producing high-quality poultry, fish, and cattle feeds. The Sr. Officer / Executive Officer – Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support sales growth, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the feed industry (poultry, fish, or cattle) and possess strong knowledge of market trends, Agent /Dealer networks, and rural marketing practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance sales, brand visibility and market share.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meetings.
Prepare and analyze sales and marketing reports to support business decisions.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and enhance business development areas and suggest improvements based on market needs.
Ensure timely execution of marketing communications and materials.
Support management in developing pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
