Quality Feeds Limited is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Sr. Officer/ Executive Officer - Brand Communication & Activation to support brand messaging, campaign execution, and on-ground marketing activities. The role will focus on developing compelling communication, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring smooth implementation of brand campaigns, events, and activations. This position is crucial for maintaining a consistent brand voice and delivering high-quality brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
Content & Communication
Write compelling Bangla and English content for social media, campaigns, brochures, scripts, websites, and PR materials.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all communication pieces.
Support the development of creative concepts with strong storytelling and brand messaging.
Brand Activation & Event Execution
Plan and coordinate events, activations, agent/retailer engagements, video shoots, and product photoshoots.
Ensure proper logistics, materials, and brand visibility during on-ground activities.
Prepare post-event reports, documentation, and activity summaries.
Coordination & Project Management
Manage vendors for production, printing, branding materials, merchandise, and event setups.
Liaise with digital/creative agencies to guide content direction and campaign execution.
Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of brand tasks.
Reporting & Documentation
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain documentation for campaigns, creative assets, and activation activities.
